This is a part-time, contract position for six months and the contract can be renewed after the completion of the term. This working relationship may be terminated by either party with proper written notice.
Ideal Candidates Must: Have proven experience as a computer technician or similar role. Have reliable transportation to travel to customer’s homes or business on time. Have a reliable smartphone and computer or laptop. Have good communication skills, a friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills. Have a minimum of three years of technical computer experience with: Windows Operating Systems. Setting up/repairing computer hardware. Configuring software. Troubleshooting system failure and provide solutions to restore functionality. Have experience with ticketing systems and remote software. Have the ability to work independently. Have a deep desire to serve the community. Have the willingness to adhere to our company’s core values and standards of excellence.
Driver’s License (Required), Willingness to Travel (Required), Computer Expertise: 3 years minimum (Required), Computer Certifications: CompTIA A+ (Preferred), Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer-related field (Preferred)
