Love IT Services does more than fix computers. Our IT consultants help our clients get the most out of the technology that’s become integrated into our daily lives.
Technology is designed to make our lives easier, but all too often it becomes a source of frustration. For example, a lagging internet connection or a computer virus can quickly create a stressful situation that disrupts your daily routine. At Love IT Services, we want to share our love of technology with the people we serve in our community. That means not just fixing their computer problems but also taking steps to educate our clients and help them get the most out of the technology they use every day.

Truly a labor of love.
Love IT Services was founded by Paul Garcia, who didn’t initially set out to start his own business. He already had a full-time job and simply wanted to work extra nights or weekends to help speed up paying off his mortgage. After months of searching, there just weren’t any positions with the flexibility that he needed. This is when he decided to become his own boss and go into business on his own. The IT field was a natural fit. Paul has more than 10 years of experience in the industry, and working with technology is something he’s genuinely passionate about.
However, Paul didn’t want to create just another IT company. He wanted to build a business that could truly make a difference in his community, and he wanted to serve his community in more ways than one. First, by offering IT services that go above and beyond the typical break-fix experience, then by giving a portion of profits back to charities and non-profit organizations that help those in need in Tucson. He also integrated incentives for people to volunteer for these nonprofits through his business. Serving the community became his mission.
Paul has always made time to volunteer with non-profit groups throughout his life, often lending his computer repair skills to nonprofit organizations. That’s why giving back is an essential component of our mission statement here at Love IT Services.

Any IT consulting company can remove computer viruses, recover data, or offer home wireless network setup. We go beyond these basic services with a commitment to our Standards of Excellence. We do more than just get the job done; we take pride in our work. That means taking little steps to ensure excellent service, like returning your computer cleaner than we found it. It also means offering additional client care, such as education on how to utilize your technology better, downloading proper software for virus protection, and offering tips for preventing computer problems in the future.
In addition to providing a higher level of computer care for our clients, we stand behind our work with a 2-week guarantee on repairs and a 4-week guarantee on parts and hardware.
