Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona provides numerous resources and programs to feed hungry people in our community. Their programs include emergency food assistance, community gardens, culinary training programs, Caridad Community Kitchen, and a farmers’ market. The Humane Society of Southern Arizona supports pets in need of loving homes and offers services to help pet owners care for their four-legged friends, including free and low-cost vaccines and veterinary care. You can help HSSA with both monetary donations and new or gently used items that pets need in our shelters. Volunteers are also always welcome to assist with dog walking, cat care, and foster care for pets.

In addition, they provide care packages of necessities that include shampoo, toothpaste, razors, soap, and food at their mobile cleansing unit, which features showers and laundry facilities.
